Electrical panel design, fabrication, installation and commissioning for a cement plant. Panels included motor control centres (MCC), distribution boards (DB) and PLC control panels. All panels fabricated at our workshop in Kajang and transported to site.
Scope of Works
- Panel layout design and approval
- Panel fabrication — DB, MCC and control panels
- Internal wiring and cable ferruling
- Component mounting (MCB, MCCB, contactor, relay)
- Factory testing and pre-commissioning
- Site installation and final termination
- Power-on testing and functional verification
Project Outcome
All panels energised successfully during commissioning. Zero rework required on factory-built panels. Client specifically commended the quality of wiring and documentation.
