Cable fitting works for a cement production facility in Negeri Sembilan. Scope included pulling, glanding, terminating and labelling all instrument and power cables for a new production line addition. Works were executed in a live plant environment with strict safety permit requirements.
Scope of Works
- Cable schedule and termination list preparation
- Cable pulling from JB to field instruments
- Cable glanding and armour termination
- Wire ferrule fitting and labelling
- Termination at field instruments and junction boxes
- Continuity and insulation resistance testing
- Termination records and as-built update
Project Outcome
All cables terminated, tested and documented. Zero defects recorded during loop checking. This project established our long-term relationship with the client and led to subsequent panel and cabling contracts.
